The animate power of the cosmos within the Almasi Ya Kifo diamonds amplifies all the harmonic energy of the possessor. For example, the generous intentions of a kindhearted person’s goodwill can be intensified, positively affecting others around them. They may also be protected from harm, from anything or anyone. Conversely, individuals disreputable in character will find pronounced misfortune along their path while keeping the stones.
In diverse cultures the mysterious gems are known as “Fate Diamonds” because of the wealth and good luck they are said to bestow. Although they can bring good luck, the diamonds are legendarily known for the peculiar misgivings and calamities that follow when possessing them. Hence, their notorious epithet, Almasi Ya Kifo. A lingo in Swahili loosely meaning, “Death Diamonds”. Nevertheless, the diamonds are considered priceless by many experts in the diamond industry. The gems are so rare and the legend such a mystique, that they are tirelessly sought after by many gem collectors, and greedy thieves.
Certain ancient tribes around the world acknowledge that the diamonds hold supernatural powers and retain an energy beyond any comprehension. These are the tribes that have a profound belief regarding the danger of these stones. They are people sworn under armistice and primed through ritual to keep the stones safely hidden when they fall in their possession at any given time.
Legend has it the diamonds were discovered in Africa. Although, the exact origin is unknown. The supernatural powers of the diamonds are the compelling conversations of legend and cultural folklore. Myth or fact, magic or science? This can only be determined by the individual experiencing these intense affects.

Paulo Pineda is a mid-20s young man always on the prowl for the latest money ploy he can take advantage of. Paulo also gambles, all the time. He plays the slots one night at the local Native American casino and gambles away his paycheck. Not to worry, because he wins money participating in a risky multilevel wagering gimmick. Then he loses it all gambling at the casino, again. Paulo is irresponsible with money. He often borrows money to recover his unlucky losses.
But his luck changes. On his way home from another losing streak at the casino, he crosses paths with Joseph Ashe, a low-life who has stolen the Almasi Ya Kifo diamonds from his shady business partner. Through a crazy calamitous circumstance, Paulo ends up with the stolen diamonds.
Paulo is unaware of the legend of the diamonds but, on first sight of the lustrous and beguiling gems, he immediately believes he will be rich beyond his dreams. He is rapt, consumed by greed.

Paulo approaches his knowledgeable aunt, Elvie for advice on the value of what he now possesses and how he can sell them. She is an expert in the movement and trading of precious gems. She immediately recognizes the stones and cautions Paulo that he has the notorious Almasi Ya Kifo gems in his possession. But he is not concerned.
Near-death incidents suddenly close in on him. But despite the calamity and danger he’s been experiencing, the greed in his heart to keep the diamonds and exploit their value clouds his better judgement.
Elvie is finally able to convince Paulo to rid himself of the cursed diamonds. Through her high-level and discreet contacts, Elvie devises a complex plan. Fashion model, Xenyatta (Xen) Davenport is a secret gem transporter. She has an assignment to deliver gems to another secretive transporter in Italy. At LAX airport, Xen is waiting to depart. The plan is for Paulo to covertly stash the cursed diamonds into Xen’s hand luggage. Then, she will be the unknowing custodian of the notorious Almasi Ya Kifo diamonds.

What isn’t known, is that Xen also has a covert and ultra-confidential side profession; transporting precious gems for insurance companies. Xen has arrived into Italy to complete her latest secret assignment. As in previous missions, there was a clandestine handover of the gems to Xen at Los Angeles International Airport. Now she is patiently waiting for her Italian contact, ready to conclude the secretive delivery. Xen’s Italian contact becomes fearfully alarmed to recognize the cursed Almasi Ya Kifo diamonds are part of the delivery.
She is beyond disturbed and vehemently refuses to accept the diamonds and thrusts them back to Xen. Xen had unknowingly received the mysterious Almasi Ya Kifo diamonds as part of her assignment. Now Xen is wondering how she ended up with them? Like others before her, Xen will experience some of the strange unquantifiable energy that the diamonds retain. What will those effects be... enchanting or precarious?
